Staff - Changes & Reinstatement

Introduction / Job summary

To handle administrative works relating to Non contractual Change (Name, Surname, Signature, Beneficiary, Mode of Payment, Address, ICP Option, Assignment) and Contractual Change (Add/Delete Rider, Change Sum Assured, Plan, Reinstatement) to ensure correctness and accuracy with high quality and performance efficiency.

The Job

  • Handle administrative works relating to Policy Change and Reinstatement:
    • provide quotation and answer queries regarding business rules
    • verify signature and check completeness of documents against the rules
    • issue memo and follow up required documents
    • call to give explanation and/or follow up required document or premium if applicable
    • affect changes in system and prepare document relating to money adjustment
    • issue correspondence to policy document
    • Support Claim & UI

  • Other as assigned i.e. UAT, support Call center.

The Person

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Skills : Computer Literacy, Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service minded, work hard and enthusiastic
