Conduct product focus group and market analysis
- Perform focus group and work with distributor to design and understanding product feature, market tendency and demand, identifying market opportunities for product building.
- Perform market analysis and product benchmarking, feeding those insights into new product development and existing product portfolio management.
Perform Marketing delivery and Product strategy
- Develop product with Outside-In thinking to drive innovative product solution to the market
- Create differentiation of the product as well as specific communication based on customer segmentation
- Introduces and markets new products with solid product story for success commercialization
Perform end to end product implementation
- Manage product planning & prioritization to ensure all products are launched on time with high quality.
- Manage new product development and implementation. Perform end to end project management of new product launch.
- Coordinate to successfully delivery development of new products with all related departments e.g. Operation, IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Distribution channels.
Create product material and related collateral
- Responsible for creating product material and sale tools, communicating in tone and voice of customer’s language
Prepare monthly product report and complete ad hoc
- Deliver product update and/or monthly report for management, including projects as per assigned
