Assistant Manager - Executive Secretary and Sale Support Management

Introduction / Job summary

  • The ExSec/SM is responsible for providing high-level administrative support, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings in order to ensure that services are provided.
  • Liaison and Contract point for TMB in manage any project , prepare necessary Sale Management Information for CBO.

The Job

Sales Support Management

  • Being a Commercial Banking Group (CBG) ‘s representative and contact point for Partner (TMB)
  • Develop Sales Report to serve CBO’s Sales Strategies
    • To have in-depth understanding that which kind of information needed to request from MIS Team
    • Using raw data from MIS report then analyzing in order to develop customized report to serve CBO
    • Analyze information received from Bank then summarize and develop report for CBO on a bi-weekly basis
  • Expenses tracking and control for CBO :
    • Opex (all sales expenses) tracking,
    • Fighting Fund (special budget provided for contest)
  • Work closely with Sales Team and able to provide necessary information for them, ensure that they are supported promptly
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with SME – TMB PA and TMB BA Team
  • Coordinate with Strategic / Product Proposition and other Function in fulfill any project on behalf of CBO

Executive Secretary

  • Serve as principal executive assistant and confidential liaison
  • Exercise sound judgment in scheduling and rescheduling meetings
  • Able to make decisions on a daily basis across all areas of responsibility, with the ability to identify those issues which need to be escalated
  • Assist with routine administrative matters and special projects; assist in preparation of presentation and meeting materials
  • Make travel arrangements, preparing complex travel itineraries, travel expenses

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance industry
  • Advance in Excel and Power point is a must
  • Good personality
  • Good command in English
  • Legally to drive a car - Driver’s license possesses
  • Able to work under high pressure environment
