Payment options

Pay conveniently, promptly, and securely online via Omne by FWD. You can also choose the most convenient payment method for you.

  • Pay with QR Code - You can request a QR Code to scan in order to pay using your bank's app or other payment channels that use the QR Code system.
  • Pay with credit card – we accept VISA, Master Card and JCB.

We will provide payment confirmation through once you have paid. After getting the SMS, you can view your premium payment information and e-receipt at Omne by FWD the next business day.

Noted:

The Online premium payment is not available for Unit linked policies bought through SCB.

To prevent duplicate premium payment, the online premium payment service is not available for policies that already applied for automatic premium payment through credit card or bank account.

When visiting your nearest FWD head office or branch please bring your “Bill Payment” statement

Note:

It may help you to know a few details on paying your premium. For example, the ‘bill payment’ is a statement we send out (by post) to give you notice as to when your premium is due. We’ll send this out around 30 days prior to the actual due date. We know that life gets busy so around 10 days after this due date, if we have no record of payment, we’ll also send you a reminder (again by post). 

If you take a look at your Bill Payment you’ll see it has all the information you need in order to pay your bill.

Opening hours

Our customer service payment counters are open Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:00pm.



On Saturday our opening hours vary:

  • Unfortunately, our Bangkok head office branch is closed on a Saturdays
  • Ratchada branch: 9:00am-3:30pm
  • All other branch offices: 8:30am-12.00pm

We can accept up to THB 100,000 in cash (per invoice) for all policies bought from SCB or through a former agency channel channel. We can accept up to THB 500,000 in cash (per invoice) for policies bought through FWD agents or any other FWD channels.

If the amount exceeds these, please pay via bank or cheque.

Cheques

  • Please make cheques payable to “FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited”, cross “A/C Payee only” and “Or Bearer”
  • Specify your policy number/ insured name and contact number on the back of the cheque.

Pay through your agent or via one of our agent offices nationwide.


Note: Please collect a temporary receipt from your agent so that you can file it away as proof of payment. An official receipt will be mailed to you in 10 days once the payment is successfully made.

You can also pay through ATM machines by choosing the company’s name or scanning the barcode. If you do this, please also specify the details below.

Specify your policy number (Use 6 for T, 8 for U, 1 for A, 2 for B, 3 for C, 4 for D, and 7 for R).

Internet Banking

Note: This applies to renewal premium payments only.

Pay via internet banking by choosing the company’s name. Please specify the details below.

You must register at your preferred bank to get authorisation for making payments online.

Please bring your latest “Bill Payment” statement and pay by cash at any of the counter services and electronic channels below.

 Note: Please be informed that we've canceled barcode payment on FWD Card and policy holder card from now on.

        This service is not applicable for unit linked product premium payments.

Through counter service (7-Eleven)

Pay by cash at any 7-Eleven counter services in Thailand

We cannot accept payments over THB49,000 (per invoice).

Through Tesco Lotus

Pay by cash at any Tesco Lotus branches in Thailand.



We cannot accept payments over THB49,000 (per invoice).

No payment fee.

Through Big C

Pay by cash at any Big C branches in Thailand.



We cannot accept payments over THB49,000 (per invoice).

No payment fee.

Through TrueMoney Wallet mobile app

  1. Open menu “True Payment” from TrueMoney Wallet mobile app
  2. Choose “Bill”
  3. Choose “Other Bill”
  4. Enter password (4 digits)
  5. Enter biller code as “ING”
  6. Enter reference 1 code (9 digits)
  7. Enter reference 2 code (8 digits)
  8. Enter the amount from 0 to THB30,000
  9. Select source of fund
  10. Confirm transaction clicking “OK”
  11. SMS from TrueMoney confirming the completed transaction

Note: Unfortunately, customers with policies previously bought from SCB or through a former agency channel are unable to access TrueMoney Wallet mobile app at the moment. We will let you know if this changes.

You can easily schedule automatic premium payment via credit card on the due date.

Apply directly through ATM
