  • The insured’s original census with a “death” stamp from a local registrar

  • The beneficiary’s original ID card

  • The beneficiary’s original census

  • Policy documents

  • Daily Report from Royal Thai Police, certified by a police officer (In case of death from non-natural death).

Submission Timeline

  1. Claims payment will be paid within 15 days from the date that the Company receives the request. The period shall commence from the date that the Company has obtained all the documents required for such consideration from the insured or the beneficiary.

    The period for making such payment may be extended as necessitated thereby but not exceeding 90 days from the date that the Company obtains all the required documents which the company will inform the insured or the beneficiary of the delay (case by case). In this respect, the insured or the beneficiary shall provide the Company with proper facts / information and cooperation.

    In the event that the Company fails to make the payment within the given period, or such extended period, the Company will also pay the interest thereon at the rate of 15% per annum of the amount that must be paid during the overtime as above.
