Obtaining the privilege

Valued FWD customers are entitled to the Special Surgical Package at designated hospitals. The terms and conditions are subject to each participating hospital. This offer is valid from 1st April 2025 to 31st December 2025

Term of use

• This privilege is exclusively for FWD customers. Customers can inform the designated hospital that they wish to use the Special Surgical Package benefit provided by FWD Health Insurance.
• Please schedule an appointment in advance with the hospital for your convenience.
• Kindly review the terms and conditions of the special surgical package before availing the service.
• FWD reserves the right to modify the surgical package format, surgical procedures, or terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Terms and conditions are subject to the hospital's regulations.
• Any decisions made by FWD, or the hospital shall be deemed final.
