BANGKOK, Thailand - FWD Life Insurance Plc (“FWD Insurance”) and Transformation Films are pleased to announce the winners of the University Viral VDO IDEA Competition 2022 held under the theme "Celebrate living: Live Life to the Fullest...in Your Own Way." The winners received over 300,000 baht worth of prizes and had their ideas turned into viral videos. The award ceremony took place at Enigma The Shadow Screen in Siam Paragon.
Ms. Pavarisa Chumvigrant, Chief Branding and Communications Officer of FWD Insurance said, FWD Insurance values the concept of providing a creative space for new generations to express their innovative ideas and creativity, make a difference, and turn those ideas into reality while addressing the goal of this project. Today, we would like to congratulate all of the winners for their accomplishments. They not only win prizes, but also gain valuable real-world experience from ideas development, embracing the concept of “Celebrate living: Live Life to the Fullest... in Your Own Way” and developing their ideas into viral videos that will soon reach a larger audience group through FWD's communication channels. Their participation in the project reflects our ongoing efforts to encourage and engage new generations in achieving our vision of changing the way people feel about insurance.
Mr. Sangar Chatchairungruang, Chief Executive Officer of Transformation Films Company Limited, emphasizes the importance of the University Viral VDO IDEA Competition in developing the potential of young creatives who will contribute to the growth of the Thai film industry on the international stage. He notes that all contestant teams have delivered promising ideas that can be adapted and implemented in the current market. They have made significant progress and improvements through the 3-month professional workshop. The three finalist teams, whose original ideas will be subsequently made into viral VDOs, are selected for their outstanding concepts that demonstrate creativity, originality, inspiration, and novelty.
The following teams are named the winners of the University Viral VDO IDEA Competition 2022:
- for their exceptional concept in Copper
- for their outstanding creativity in Abstract.
- for their impressive proposal that Tua Lek Lek.
Additionally, team Flint wins the popular vote award, earning a cash prize of 50,000 Baht and a certificate for their noteworthy accomplishment in Copper. Furthermore, FWD Insurance offers "Prakan Kon Kla MAX" accident insurance to all 8 finalists.
