Supervisor – Operation Development Process improvement

Introduction / Job summary

Improving quality, productivity, and response time of a business process, by removing non-value adding activities and cost through incremental enhancements to achieve more efficient results.

Provide and Analysis the KPI for support and improve the process on each function.

The Job

  • Works with team, other department to ensure that the business process will be modern, accuracy and efficiency for handling the business routine work and can support business growth.
  • Well-planned initiatives that deliver sustainable process improvement in key areas, initiative the best practice and solution to improve the efficiency process and flow
  • Analyze the existing process and initiate new process to develop the business transaction process and ensure that responsive the user daily work and solving any processing problem
  • Communicate any operational process before and after new project implementation to ensure that user understand the process as well.
  • Review the operational business E2E process and ensure that the processes are align between across function in the Operation team.

  • Bachelor degree with experience in insurance for 5+ Years
  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Analytical and problem solving skills and flexibility
  • Service minded
  • Strong business judgment and ability to multitask and set priorities in a high-paced environment
