Senior Staff – Inbound call center

Introduction / Job summary

To serve as primary contact person in handling incoming calls for all enquiries and service requests from end customer, agents, business partners, etc. and assist Team Leader to coach and train the new joiner to perform their role in handling incoming calls on a daily basis properly.

The Job

  • Serve as primary contact person in handling incoming calls for all enquiries and service requests from end customer, agents, business partners, etc.
  • Help Team Leader and Supervisor in coaching new joiner and junior staff to perform their tasks in handling calls to meet with department KPI.
  • Give consult to junior staff members to provide superior service with accuracy to the customer.
  • Handles complaint, discrepancies and clarifications needed with a level of service that exceeds customers’ expectations.
  • Work or follow up the case with other departments for any service required.
  • Perform any extra job assigned.

The Person

  • Bachelor or higher degree in any field
  • 2-3 years experiences in call center or customer service related fields.
  • Positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent service mind, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Flexible to work as shift, holiday and weekend day.
  • Broad knowledge & experience in life insurance industry is preferable.
