Assistant Manager – Organization Development

Introduction / Job summary

Overall, this position will be responsible for Org Dev related Org dev data management, by collecting, updating, maintaining data to be accurate. Assisting VP Organization Development to deliver day-to-day operation and assigned project by collecting, updating, pre-analyzed, and answering general inquiries related to Org Dev area.

The Job

Organization and Job design

  • Collect information, draw the organization structure, update the organization structure, and keep track all the structure movements
  • Collect JAs and pre screening the quality of JAs submitting by LOF
  • Discuss and provide a suggestion to LOF for a qualified JAs

Employee Engagement

  • Assist team to configure and prepare launching Engagement Survey
  • Launch, track the number of respondents, accelerate the number of responses
  • Assist team to implement corporate action plan to boost the engagement score

Succession and Talent Management

  • Prepare data and documents related to Succession and talent identification, assessment, development, and retaining
  • Monitor No. of Successors and track the record

Collect, consolidate, update, track, and analyze reports

  • Consolidate weekly report
  • Consolidate HRES Monthly Dashboard report
  • Collect, track, and update no of JAs and JEs
  • Collect, track, and update monthly FTE headcount tracking
  • Analyze the HRES weekly movements or progress and identify the room for improvement
  • Pre analysis the monthly dashboard identify the cause and the gap

Additional Tasks/Adhoc Project

  • Arrange meeting or session required in any projects
  • Collect data, pre-analysis , and develop the presentation
  • Be a focal point to answers any information or inquires related to OD matters

The Person

  • Bachelor degree in any areas (HR is a plus)
  • At least 5 years experienced in HR area
  • Knowledge in OD, Experienced in Organization Development area / consulting firm/ HRBP is a plus
  • Good communication skill (Both Thai and Eng)
  • Good personality, well organized, good analytical thinking and detail oriented.
  • Experienced User in MS Office(Excel and PowerPoint)
