Where are the hospitals or clinics within FWD’s network?

How many online policies can I purchase through E-Health Eco?

You can purchase a maximum of 1 policy per person.

If there are frequent claims, but they do not exceed the maximum benefit per year, will this result in the refusal of policy renewal in the future?

If, during the check, claims are determined to be for normal illnesses, this will not affect the renewal of the policy. However, if claims are found to be fraudulent, concealed, or misrepresented, FWD reserves the right not to renew the policy in accordance with its terms and conditions.
